Job summary

Pertemps Milton Keynes is recruiting for HGV Class 2 Driver (Category C) roles in Northampton. Excellent rates apply with ongoing daily shifts and immediate starts. Flexible pattern and regular work available for both experienced and newly qualified drivers.

Shift times vary; start between 04:30 and 07:00, with any 5 days from 7. Weekly pay and well-maintained vehicles provided by a supportive transport team.

Qualifications

• A valid Category C (Class 2) Licence.
• Valid Driver CPC Qualification.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Newly passed drivers welcome.
• No more than 6 penalty points.
• No CU, DD, DR or TT endorsements.
• Professional and reliable attitude to work.

Responsibilities

• Complete multi-drop deliveries across the region.
• Ensure goods are delivered safely and on time.
• Loading and unloading deliveries where required.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks.
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately.
• Maintain high levels of customer service.
• Adhere to Driver Hours regulations and company procedures.
