Job summary

Ocado Logistics is seeking a Day Despatch Operative to load totes into frames for dispatch, sort returns, and help keep warehouse operations running smoothly. You will work 4 days in a 7-day period with a 06:00–16:00 shift, in a fast-paced environment handling meat and alcohol with strict health and safety standards.

No warehousing experience is required as training is provided; candidates must be 18+ and able to follow safety briefings.

Join our dedicated Day Despatch team and play a key role in ensuring customer orders are loaded accurately and delivered on time. What we’re looking for You must be 18 or over. You must be able to handle Meat and Alcohol You must be within reasonable commute time from the site using your method of transport. New to warehousing? No problem. Skills can be taught. Bring your positive attitude and we’ll support you every step of the way. For your safety and the safety of others, you must be able to understand and follow Health & Safety briefings and operational instructions Day Despatch Shift-times - 06:00 to 16:00 You will work 4 days in every 7-day period. Shifts are spread across the full week, including weekends We run Despatch Interviews & Trials every Tuesday, giving you the opportunity to experience the role and meet the team. Interview & Trial Times: 07:00 AM 10:00 AM 1:00 PM Successful candidates who demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and safe working practices
