Ocado Group is hiring a Night Pick Operative to support the night shift in picking and packing customer orders for on‑time delivery. The role is hands-on, physical, and suited to those who thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and value accuracy and productivity.

The position offers night hours from 18:35 to 04:35, with a base pay of £12.84 per hour plus a £2.67 night premium, overtime at 1.25x, and additional benefits such as digital GP, salary advances, and staff discounts.

Job description

Join our dedicated NIGHT SHIFT PICK team and play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked and packed accurately and delivered on time.

What we're looking for

• You must be 18 or over .

• For your safety and the safety of others, you must be able to understand and follow Health & Safety briefings and operational instructions
• You will work 4 nights in every 7-day period. Shifts are spread across the full week, including weekends
• Nights Pick shift times are - 18:35 to 04:35

As a Night Pick Operative , you'll play a key role in preparing customer orders for delivery by accurately picking products and ensuring they are ready for dispatch. This is a hands‑on, physically active role suited to individuals who enjoy working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment and take pride in delivering high standards of accuracy and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and prepare customer orders for dispatch.

• Complete basic equipment checks.
• Follow health and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.

We host Pick Interviews on Mondays. Tuesdays, & Thursdays giving you the opportunity to experience the role and meet the team.
