Job summary

Ocado Logistics is hiring a Day Despatch Operative to support loading totes for dispatch and keeping deliveries moving. You’ll work 4 days in every 7, 06:00–16:00, including weekends, with on‑the‑job training available. You must be 18+, able to handle Meat and Alcohol, and able to follow Health & Safety briefings in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Role involves handling Meat and Alcohol.
• Must be able to work a 4-day rotation across 7 days and weekends.
• Ability to understand Health & Safety briefings and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Load totes into frames for dispatch.
• Sort and organise returned totes.
• Operate a powered pallet truck safely.
• Load and unload vans/trailers.
• Carry out basic equipment checks.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
