Job summary

Acorn Training Ltd. seeks an IPS Employment Specialist in Daventry to deliver intensive, personalised support helping clients overcome barriers and gain meaningful employment.

You will manage a caseload, conduct profiling, develop action plans, assist with CVs, applications, and interview prep, while delivering in-work support and maintaining documentation. Travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Essential NVQ Level 2 and GCSEs as stated.
• Driving licence frequently required for community work.
• IPS-specific training to be undertaken (e.g., Fidelity/IPS Grow).

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients seeking work and return to employment.
• Conduct profiling, develop action plans, assist with CVs and applications.
• Provide in-work support and long-term follow-up.
• Source job opportunities and liaise with employers.
• Maintain accurate case notes and CRM documentation.
• Work in line with IPS fidelity standards and evaluate outcomes.
