Job summary

FDJ UNITED is seeking an experienced DataOps / MLOps Manager to lead the evolution of our ML platform and data operations for the Sportsbook product. You will head a team responsible for end-to-end machine learning workflows, from research through deployment and monitoring.

In this role you will shape tooling, standards, and processes to deliver reliable, compliant data and ML solutions, collaborating with Data Engineers, Quants, and ML Engineers to accelerate delivery and improve developer

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DataOps, MLOps or platform engineering.
• Experience leading engineers in a technical environment.
• Strong knowledge of data engineering and ML workflows in production.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for data/ML systems.
• IaC experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Cloud platforms, ideally AWS.
• Experience with Spark and Kafka for data processing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of DataOps and MLOps engineers.
• Define and drive DataOps/MLOps strategy across sportsbook data platform.
• Build and evolve platform and tooling for ML lifecycle management.
• Establish best practices for data and ML workflows, testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Quants and ML Engineers to improve velocity.
• Ensure monitoring, governance, and compliance across data pipelines.
