Job summary

RSM UK is seeking a Technical Lead for the Data, Analytics & AI team to lead the design and delivery of Datacore on Azure across Fabric and Databricks. You will enable federated teams, translate architecture into platform capabilities, and promote reusable engineering patterns for scalable data products.

The role requires strong cloud data engineering expertise, leadership in delivery, and the ability to drive adoption of Datacore across the firm.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in cloud data engineering within enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks and Azure data services.
• Ability to translate architectural principles into reusable patterns and work packages.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for Datacore platform capabilities and cloud data services.
• Support client-facing teams in adopting Datacore safely and consistently.
• Define reusable implementation patterns for ingestion, medallion architecture, data quality, orchestration and publication.
• Promote controlled engineering practices across Datacore assets.
