Qualifications
- Strong networking fundamentals with hands-on firewall, routing and switching experience.
- Experience with satellite communications or enterprise IT systems.
- Proactive problem solver capable of working independently and in a team.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and remote environments as required.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain enterprise and customer network solutions
- Diagnose and resolve complex, escalated technical issues
- Assist in the design, build and deployment of network infrastructure
- Contribute to product evaluation, development and system integration
- Produce and maintain technical documentation for projects
