For our Data Centre Segment regional Sales team, we are looking for a Data Centre Strategic Key Accounts Manager who shall grow EATON’s revenue within large international Data Centre operating companies.

The person is expected to identify and book profitable new business directly with these clients. They will collaborate internally with other regional and global account managers, support teams, bid response teams, business units, marketing, and sales organizations.

The individual will execute the Data Centre regional & global strategy at the client account level, identify influential accounts, consultants, and contractors, and have a proven track record of 5+ years in the Data Centre industry.

The role involves managing multiple accounts, following defined processes for opportunity identification, qualification, client analysis, and bid management, and maintaining market intelligence.

Location: remote for Greater London Area

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute an Account Plan to meet targets.
  2. Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  3. Understand and articulate the client’s buying process.
  4. Identify and secure revenue opportunities.
  5. Address client challenges with Eaton solutions.
  6. Oversee tender responses and commercial negotiations.
  7. Coordinate handover to post-order teams.
  8. Monitor account performance and reporting.
  9. Maintain market and competitor intelligence.
  10. Communicate Eaton’s value proposition effectively.
  11. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  2. 4-5 years of relevant Data Centre industry experience.
  3. Proven ability to influence and coordinate teams and clients.
  4. Knowledge of Data Centre design and operations preferred.
  5. Strong communication and leadership skills.
