Job summary

TekSelect, in partnership with a leading technology consultancy, is seeking a Databricks Lead Consultant/Delivery Lead to steer enterprise Databricks delivery from inception through go-live in London (hybrid, 2 days per week).

You will manage cross-functional delivery teams across Azure and Databricks, excel in stakeholder management, and drive successful data transformation programmes with a target salary up to £100,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven consulting experience (essential).
• Hands-on delivery of enterprise Databricks projects (essential).
• Strong programme/project delivery and stakeholder management experience.
• Pre-sales experience is highly desirable.
• Experience leading cross-functional Data & Cloud teams.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Platform, Agile delivery and modern data architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of enterprise Databricks projects from inception to go-live.
• Manage cross-functional delivery teams across Azure Databricks projects.
• Stakeholder management and governance across programmes.
• Contribute to pre-sales and scoping where possible.

Databricks Lead Consultant/Delivery Lead | London (Hybrid - 2 days per week) | Up to £100,000 + Bonus

We're partnering with a leading technology consultancy looking to hire an experienced Databricks Delivery Manager/Lead Consultant to lead the successful delivery of enterprise-scale data transformation programmes.

You'll work with major clients, managing cross-functional delivery teams across Azure and Databricks projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes from inception through to go-live.

We're looking for:

Proven consulting experience (essential)

Hands-on delivery of enterprise Databricks projects (essential)

Strong programme/project delivery and stakeholder management experience

Pre-sales experience is highly desirable

Experience leading cross-functional Data & Cloud teams

Knowledge of Azure Data Platform, Agile delivery and modern data architectures

Location: London (2 days per week)

Salary: Up to £100,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
