Job summary

TekSelect in London is seeking a Databricks Lead Consultant to drive large-scale data transformation programmes for major clients. You will lead cross-functional delivery teams across Azure and Databricks, ensuring delivery from inception to go-live, with hybrid working two days a week.

The role requires proven consulting experience, hands-on Databricks delivery, and strong stakeholder management, with pre-sales involvement often welcomed. Salary up to £100,000 plus bonus and benefits.

Databricks Lead Consultant/Delivery Lead | London (Hybrid - 2 days per week) | Up to £100,000 + Bonus

We're partnering with a leading technology consultancy looking to hire an experienced Databricks Delivery Manager/Lead Consultant to lead the successful delivery of enterprise-scale data transformation programmes.

You'll work with major clients, managing cross-functional delivery teams across Azure and Databricks projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes from inception through to go-live.

We're looking for:

Proven consulting experience (essential)

Hands-on delivery of enterprise Databricks projects (essential)

Strong programme/project delivery and stakeholder management experience

Pre-sales experience is highly desirable

Experience leading cross-functional Data & Cloud teams

Knowledge of Azure Data Platform, Agile delivery and modern data architectures

Location: London (2 days per week)

Salary: Up to £100,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
