Position Details

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator with MSSQL Server expertise, along with hands-on experience in AWS, Terraform, and Azure.

The DBA will be part of the Cloud Team, focusing on delivering cloud-based database services and products to internal customers.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Providing end-to-end support for cloud database services, including monitoring, incident response, and resolution in both public and private cloud environments.
  2. Ensuring database availability, reliability, security, and performance, while meeting SLA requirements.
  3. Following incident, change, release, and problem management processes, including root cause analysis to improve system stability.
  4. Leading efforts in observability by managing centralized monitoring and alerting tools.
  5. Developing automation scripts, runbooks, and playbooks to streamline operations.
  6. Supporting development teams with database operations and promoting DevOps practices for scalable cloud workloads.
