1. Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server deployments: Ensure well-managed environments with regular upgrades.
2. Capacity management and patching: Keep databases up-to-date and efficient.
3. Backup and recovery: Ensure databases are backed up and recoverable within RPO and RTO targets.
4. Documentation and training: Provide comprehensive documentation and training to relevant teams and stakeholders.
5. Maintain Microsoft SQL estate: Keep the SQL estate supported according to Microsoft's end-of-life timelines.
