The position oversees test strategy, automation, and defect management within a multi-year data & analytics transformation, aligned with Starr’s data lakehouse ambitions and cloud-first approach.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of owning test strategy and leading the test lifecycle on data projects.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end test strategy and automation for data projects across data warehouses and platforms.
• Lead test planning including timelines, resources and deliverables for all testing phases.
• Oversee data validation and quality checks from source to target and reporting of discrepancies.
• Manage and mentor a team of test analysts with cross-functional collaboration across data engineers and BI teams.
• Provide reporting on test progress, risks and quality to senior stakeholders.
