Job summary

Red Sky Personnel Ltd is recruiting a Data Technician in St Albans to support project and delivery teams by integrating, developing and enhancing tools, systems and processes. The role will improve the management of HSEQ and commercial data, while driving efficiency and data-led decision making across the region.

You will design automated workflows, build Power BI dashboards and ensure effective integration with existing platforms, while supporting carbon reduction reporting and operational

Qualifications

• Experience using data management and reporting tools to collect, analyse and present information effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement tools to streamline HSEQ data capture, analysis and reporting.
• Automate data-heavy processes to reduce administrative workload and improve efficiency.
• Develop Power BI dashboards providing live views of performance, including inspections and audits.
• Support deployment of new digital platforms and integrate with existing systems.
• Oversee verification of carbon data for external audits and reporting.
• Create automated reports and trackers for retention, debt, WIP and cash position.
