What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be guiding a small team of talented Data Engineers, staying hands‑on while helping to set direction, improve processes, and drive high‑quality data delivery across the business.

You’ll get involved in:

• Leading and developing a data engineering team
• Managing workloads, releases, testing and change requests
• Working closely with BI, technology and business teams
• Enhancing data warehouse solutions and driving best practice
• Supporting continuous improvement and innovation
