Dentsu and Santander are partnering to drive growth and prosperity by helping Small and Mid-sized Businesses access International Trade through a world-first, global platform and ecosystem of expertise, insight, and connections. This role is crucial for our platform’s launch and global success.

Job Description:

At Navigator.Global, we're building a category-defining B2B platform that empowers businesses to grow internationally. Our core mission is to help businesses expand globally, with plans to launch in ten markets this year, and further markets in 2026 and beyond. As our first Head of Data Strategy and Commercialisation, you’ll establish a data-driven culture and drive strategic impact across the business. If you're excited to shape strategy, own outcomes, and work in a pioneering B2B environment—let’s talk.

The Role:

Navigator.Global is a lead management and data platform supporting international business growth. We combine financial and commercial partners with vetted industry providers to facilitate global expansion across various industries. As Head of Data Strategy and Commercialisation, you’ll unlock data's potential to create a smarter, faster, and more scalable platform. You will define and execute our data vision, turning insights into customer value, product innovation, and revenue growth. Leading a team and collaborating across departments, you’ll align data strategy with our go-to-market and product plans, playing a foundational role in our growth.

Responsibilities:
  1. Define and execute a scalable data strategy supporting our product-led growth, customer success, and market expansion.
  2. Identify ways to monetize data—such as upsell triggers and data as a service—to improve monetization, onboarding, and retention.
  3. Collaborate with Product, Commercial, and Marketing teams to leverage data for segmentation, targeting, and personalization.
  4. Establish and monitor key metrics like usage behavior and digital satisfaction, ensuring accessibility across the organization.
  5. Work with engineers or vendors to build reporting tools, dashboards, and predictive insights infrastructure.
  6. Ensure data practices comply with GDPR and market regulations in partnership with legal and compliance teams.
  7. Act as a strategic partner, bringing a data-driven perspective to leadership discussions on strategy, pricing, and investor reporting.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in data strategy, product analytics, or commercial operations, preferably in fintech or SaaS.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, data sharing agreements, customer lifecycle, LTV economics, and regulatory issues.
  • Proven ability to translate data into commercial outcomes such as churn reduction, pricing optimization, and market performance.
  • Hands-on experience with modern data tools like AWS, PowerBI, Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable with executive presentations and technical collaboration.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with competing priorities.
  • Willingness to travel to the UK and internationally as needed.
Good to have:
  • Experience with financial or banking partners; knowledge of banking systems and data sets advantageous.
  • Familiarity with B2B metrics such as product-led growth, activation funnels, and segmentation.
  • Interest or experience in AI/ML and its application in SaaS.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation, private health & dental insurance, discounts, career development via Dentsu University, and free LinkedIn Learning access.
  • 29+ days of annual leave, including birthdays and wellness days.
  • Opportunity to volunteer and agency closure during Christmas/New Year.
  • Hybrid working schedule.

Our inclusive culture encourages applications from all backgrounds and abilities. We support flexible working and are committed to reasonable adjustments for candidates with disabilities or medical conditions.
