You will drive technical direction, contribute hands-on leadership, and deliver scalable security solutions aligned with enterprise needs. The role requires strong data protection expertise, cloud architecture knowledge, and a proven track record mentoring senior engineers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional software, data, or security engineering experience including ownership of production systems and technical products.
• Experience leading engineers while remaining actively engaged in technical design and reviews.
• Strong knowledge of data protection technologies including DLP, data discovery and classification, and data access controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team responsible for engineering data security products and controls.
• Set technical direction across architecture, design, implementation, deployment, and production support.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership through code, solution design, and critical decisions.
• Guide capabilities across DLP, Data Intelligence, and Data Access, including policy automation and access controls.
• Develop policy-as-code workflows, reusable control patterns, and automated testing and deployment.
• Automate lifecycle activities like validation, drift detection, reporting, and health checks.
• Ensure reliability, adoption, and continuous improvement of security products and controls.
