• Proven ability to build predictive ML models in a commercial or product setting.
• Strong foundation in ML, statistics, and data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and delivery of ML models for churn, propensity, segmentation, and CLV.
• Translate business problems into modelling approaches and features to deliver impact.
• Work with large-scale behavioural data to uncover patterns for growth and engagement.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and commercial teams to ensure robust, scalable solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to support data-driven decision making.
• Clearly communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Develop advanced modelling approaches (e.g., deep learning, sequence models) as problems grow.
