• Master's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years applying experimentation and causal inference to business problems.
• Strong Python and SQL for analysis.
• Experience with data science, ML and statistical modelling.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Collaborative mindset and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Apply measurement methodologies across experimentation and causal inference to evaluate initiatives.
• Design and implement measurement approaches across randomized and observational methods.
• Develop analytical solutions, dashboards and code to improve measurement.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and business stakeholders to identify high‑impact opportunities.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Stay updated with developments in statistics, ML and AI to improve capabilities.
