Job summary

You will work with SQL, Python, and experimentation platforms, collaborating with product, marketing, and supply teams to drive impact at scale and improve KPIs such as revenue, engagement, and retention.

Qualifications

• Mastery of SQL and experience with complex data ecosystems.
• Ability to translate big data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience communicating with Director+ stakeholders.
• Strong statistical methods and experimentation techniques.
• Experience leading end-to-end data processes from extraction to evaluation.
• Ability to visualize quantitative analyses in presentations and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Deep dive into Hotels.com customer and booking data to uncover patterns and growth paths.
• Design, conduct and analyze experiments (A/B tests, Pre/Post) for product and marketing initiatives.
• Develop analytical toolkit to extract insights and make data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and provide insights.
• Drive actions to improve Hotels.com KPIs such as revenue, engagement, retention.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports; train stakeholders on usage.
• Monitor key metrics and trends to proactively suggest actions.
