You will build scalable reporting and insights, leveraging descriptive statistics, causal analyses, and AI tools to enhance decision-making across hotel partners and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience with a quantitative degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience using SQL and Python (or R) to analyze, structure, transform, and visualize large datasets.
• Efficient use of AI to speed up delivery and deepen analyses.

Responsibilities

• Frame business questions as analytical problems and outline practical tasks and approaches.
• Analyze data from multiple sources and build reliable datasets and reusable code.
• Develop data-driven insights to support hotel partner discussions and commercial decisions.
• Apply descriptive statistics, regression, experimentation, and causal analysis; explain assumptions and limitations.
• Create clear visualizations, dashboards, and executive summaries for stakeholders.
