The Role

As a consultant, you will work across multiple sectors including retail, financial services, and healthcare. Responsibilities include developing projects such as a LinkedIn bot using Python to automate talent searches and creating a product-product collaborative filtering recommendation engine using Python, Django, and Azure. The role bridges complex analytics and management strategy, with a key focus on communicating technical outcomes to non-technical stakeholders.

The Candidate

• A numerical degree with a minimum 2:1 grade or equivalent from a reputable university
• Over 18 months of experience in operational research, customer analytics, BI analytics, or data science
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with Python or R, cloud platforms, and big data tools is highly advantageous
• A results-driven and commercially insightful approach
• Excellent consulting and communication skills
