Job summary

Huxley Associates is seeking a senior AI analytics leader to design and deliver AI-powered analytical solutions across enterprise data models. You will drive trusted, explainable insights and partner with data, BI, and technology teams to optimise semantic readiness for AI applications.

You will influence executive leadership, shape the Data & AI strategy, and establish governance frameworks for responsible AI adoption in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Applied Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven ability to develop strategy and influence senior stakeholders, including executive-level audiences.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise data modelling, semantic layers, and business intelligence platforms.
• Experience working with LLMs, conversational AI, natural language analytics, or generative AI solutions.
• Deep understanding of data governance, data quality, statistical validation, and AI risk management.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI-powered conversational analytics solutions using enterprise data models and business intelligence platforms.
• Develop trusted, fact-based insight experiences that minimise AI hallucinations and provide clear, explainable outputs.
• Partner with data, BI, and technology teams to optimise semantic models for AI readiness.
• Apply data science, machine learning, NLP, and advanced analytics techniques to enhance insight generation and anomaly detection.
• Contribute to our long-term Data & AI strategy, influencing senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Establish best practices, standards, and governance frameworks for responsible AI adoption.
• Coach and support analytics teams in developing AI-ready modelling and insight capabilities.

Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Applied Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven ability to develop strategy and influence senior stakeholders, including executive-level audiences.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise data modelling, semantic layers, and business intelligence platforms.
• Experience working with LLMs, conversational AI, natural language analytics, or generative AI solutions.
• Deep understanding of data governance, data quality, statistical validation, and AI risk management.
• Comfortable operating in evolving environments where we can shape direction and define solutions.
• Experience with Power BI is highly desirable.
• Desirable experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI platforms.
• Desirable experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and semantic grounding techniques.
• Desirable experience with executive-level analytics solutions and trusted AI implementations.
• Desirable experience in highly regulated or data-governed environments.
