Qualifications

• Experience using Python and SQL for data analysis and model development.
• Experience applying AI/ML techniques in a commercial setting with measurable impact.
• Comfort communicating data insights to non-technical stakeholders and driving adoption.
• Experience with cloud platforms and distributed data processing.
• Familiarity with data governance and good data practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive data‑led decision making by collaborating with stakeholders to define data and AI strategy.
• Use AI/ML and data science techniques to automate processes and extract value from structured and unstructured data.
• Promote best practices in code development and review pull requests; share knowledge across Zurich Group teams.
