As a Data Scientist, you'll develop and improve statistical and Machine Learning models, working with large and complex datasets to identify patterns, understand performance and deliver actionable insights.
You'll be involved throughout the modelling lifecycle, from initial exploration and feature development through to implementation, monitoring and ongoing optimisation. You'll work closely with technical and non-technical teams across the organisation, helping turn complex data into practical solutions that can be used to improve business outcomes.
