The Role

As the Data Science Manager, you will lead a team of data scientists and analysts to develop data-driven solutions that drive business decisions and strategic initiatives, overseeing the end-to-end data science lifecycle, from scoping out client needs to deploying ML models.

The Candidate

Key attributes of the suitable Senior Manager (Data Science) include:

1. At least 5+ years of commercial data science experience
2. Experience within consulting, especially in sectors like Financial Services, Retail, Tech, Public Sector, etc.
3. Strong communication skills with experience in dealing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
