You'll blend hands-on development with strategic leadership, collaborating with product and engineering to translate complex business challenges into scalable data-driven solutions.

Based in the UK, the role involves mentoring analysts, guiding models from prototype to production, and ensuring value delivery in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

Proven ability to lead data science projects in commercial environments.
Strong Python and ML modeling capabilities.
Experience with cloud platforms and productionising AI solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, delivery and ongoing development of data science, ML and AI solutions from discovery to production.
Be hands-on in supporting existing AI models alongside the team.
Translate business challenges into analytical and technical approaches that deliver measurable value.
Provide technical leadership, direction and QA across data science and AI projects.
Partner with product, engineering, data and business stakeholders to drive delivery and adoption.
Mentor data analysts and establish best practices for modelling and productionisation.
