Ocado Retail is seeking high-potential graduates for its Data Science scheme in Hatfield. You will join a team that turns data into insights, building models and delivering results to stakeholders while rotating across analytics, data engineering, and related areas.

The programme focuses on developing Python and SQL skills, applying statistical methods, and producing production-ready code within a supportive, cross-functional environment. Hybrid working is offered with 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• A 2:1 (predicted or achieved) in a STEM field from a UK accredited university.
• The legal right to work in the United Kingdom on scheme commencement and duration (24 months).

Responsibilities

• Own projects from start to finish within the Data Science team.
• Develop models and deliver outputs to stakeholders.
• Work with stakeholders across the business to productionise models.
