Job summary

A leading global law firm is building a new R&D function focused on AI-enabled products and data-driven solutions. This role blends Data Science and Data Engineering to create scalable data products and pipelines.

The Data Science Engineer will work across forecasting, machine learning, NLP and AI initiatives, delivering impactful analytics and assets. Hybrid working model with 2 days per week in the Tower Bridge, London office.

Qualifications

• Experience building scalable data products and pipelines.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with Databricks and Fabric knowledge.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, analytics and ML teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines in Fabric and Databricks
• Develop reusable data assets, lakehouse models and analytical datasets
• Deliver predictive modelling, forecasting and machine learning solutions
• Perform EDA, data quality analysis and stakeholder-driven investigations
• Develop NLP, information extraction and document-analysis capabilities
• Implement data governance, monitoring and quality controls
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver business value

Role summary:

We're looking for a Data Science Engineer to build scalable data products, pipelines and analytical solutions within Microsoft Fabric and Databricks. The role combines Data Engineering and Data Science, offering the opportunity to work across forecasting, machine learning, NLP and AI-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric and Databricks
• Develop reusable data assets, lakehouse models and analytical datasets
