Job summary

Harnham in the United Kingdom is seeking an AI Engineer to build production-grade AI products, agentic workflows and intelligent document-processing solutions for a major global law firm. You will own AI capabilities from design to deployment, working across backend services, orchestration layers and front-end applications with hybrid arrangements including two days per week in central London.

Collaborate with stakeholders, implement Docker/Kubernetes CI/CD pipelines, and help shape engineering

Role summary:

We're looking for an AI Engineer to build production-grade AI products, agentic workflows and intelligent document-processing solutions. You'll take ownership of AI capabilities from design through deployment, working across backend services, orchestration layers and user-facing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build AI-enabled product features used by lawyers and business stakeholders
• Develop agentic workflows, tool-calling systems and orchestration frameworks
• Design and implement RAG, retrieval and context management capabilities
• Build and maintain Python services, APIs and TypeScript applications
• Implement evaluation, observability and monitoring frameworks for AI systems
• Work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions
• Contribute to Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD deployment workflows

Working Model: Hybrid, 2 days per week in the Tower Bridge London office
