Responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise data retention policies and life cycle frameworks translating regulatory requirements into actionable rules.
• Drive data set prioritisation and risk-based retention strategy.
• Develop user stories and workflows for retention execution (archive, delete, retain).
• Govern approval workflows and oversee retention execution with auditability.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and business stakeholders to align retention strategy with risk appetite.
