Gallagher is seeking a Report Development Analyst in the United Kingdom to support end‑to‑end report development, testing, deployment, and scheduling. You will collaborate with stakeholders and developers to translate reporting needs into precise specifications while ensuring data security and timely delivery across multiple systems.

The role emphasises accuracy, deadline discipline, and clear written and verbal communication, with experience in the insurance industry being beneficial.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel with formulas and pivot tables.
• Ability to read and understand SQL queries.
• Business Analyst experience helpful in insurance context.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry is advantageous.
• Demonstrates analytical mindset with data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and document them clearly.
• Serve as main liaison between developers and stakeholders during report development.
• Create and maintain specifications for reports and validate against requirements.
• Lead or support report deployment and Luminos release testing.
• Assist with report production, scheduling, and data quality checks.
• Maintain report inventory with Operations Manager and drive reporting projects.
• Ensure data privacy and restrict access to authorised users.
