Job summary

Northern Powergrid is recruiting a Data & Reporting Analyst on a 14-month contract based in Sunderland. The role supports data accuracy across systems and assists Business Analysts to meet Health, Safety and Training priorities.

The job requires collaboration within a small team, precise communication, and strong Excel skills, with a full driving licence and 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Essential qualifications include 5 GCSEs C or above or NVQ Level 2.
• Full driving licence required.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and IT skills are essential.
• Outstanding customer service and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Compile data for monthly reporting and performance information.
• Support Safety Reporting System (EcoOnline) and data team.
• Provide business analysis, interpretation and evaluation of findings.
• Coordinate across targets, safety, and customer service needs.
• Assist with leading and lagging safety data preparation.
