We’re looking for a talented Data & Reporting professional who thrives in a people-focused environment and sees challenges as opportunities for growth. At MHA, you’ll work alongside passionate professionals who care about making a difference. We are looking for an experienced Data & Reporting Engineer to join our PM Support team. You will help maintain, support, design, develop, and enhance the use of CCH Practice Management and all related reporting solutions across a range of business applications.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • To maintain and enhance our current financial reporting requirements
  • Point of contact between departments to ensure consistency of data across all platforms
  • Support the Head of Practice Management by maintaining and managing all CCH Databases (UK, Ireland & Cayman)
  • Supporting the PM team to develop our current Fresh Service ticketing system
  • Interpret written functional requirements and technical specification documents and translate into reporting deliveries
  • Contribute to improve the overall engineering processes / methodologies followed by the team
  • Take on projects and tasks delegated by Line Manager
  • Assist as needed with staff training
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Knowledge of CCH Practice Management or any other similar PM applications
  • Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications
  • Experience working in the finance industry
  • Project Management
  • Power BI
  • SQL Server Management Studio
  • Experience in data warehousing
  • Experience in undertaking performance reviews
