Due to the exciting expansion in manifestation and growth we are happily experiencing, the Database Team is looking for a Data Analyst/Report Writer. As the Data Analyst/Report Writer, you will report to the Director of Information Technology. The Data Analyst/Report Writer will work in partnership with business analysts, data architects, and database developers to build a data system, as well as contribute passionately to the organization. This position requires direct feedback and consultation with development engineers on problem resolution.

Required Skills:

• Compiling detailed reports utilizing SQL Server, Crystal Reports, and Cognos, and making recommendations based on their findings
• Analyzing complex data systems and documenting data elements, data flow, relationships, and dependencies
• Developing automated and reusable routines for extracting requested information from database systems
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities
• A thorough knowledge of relational database theory and practice

Technical Experience:

• Experience in: HTML
• Experience in: CSS3
• Experience in: JavaScript/jQuery/JSON
• Experience in: PHP5
• Experience in: SQL (MySQL)
• Desired: Scala

Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems / Computer Science or equivalent experience (minimum 4 years related experience).
