Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a proactive administrator in Lincoln to support the Account Management and Data Analyst Teams. You will help deliver contract reporting on time and maintain data accuracy.

The role runs Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 16:00, with a focus on database setup, dashboards in Power BI, and Excel reporting. You will collaborate across departments to ensure systems and processes reflect our standards and enable reliable insights.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide high standard data management and reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/spoken English communication.
• Able to work in a team to achieve collective outcomes and quality service.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and databases; willingness to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Account Management and Data Analyst Teams.
• Collate, compile and organise monthly reporting requirements and deadlines.
• Ensure information and advice reach the Management and site teams to improve processes.
• Draw regular and customised data reports from the system and maintain data integrity.
• Design and development of dashboards; assist in system training and user access.
• Support energy management and other central functions with data reporting needs.
