Job summary

InterEx Group is seeking an experienced Contract Recruitment Consultant specialising in the Data space to join a high-performing team focused on Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering and AI/ML talent in London.

You will own a growing desk, manage the full lifecycle from business development through to placement, and work with scaling startups to enterprise clients on contract roles.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience in Tech/Data/IT markets.
• Strong understanding of Data roles and technical skillsets.
• Commercially driven with a track record of billing success.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage strong relationships with clients hiring in the Data space.
• Develop new business opportunities across tech, product, and data-driven organizations.
• Source, engage, and place high-quality Data professionals (Data Engineers, Analysts, Scientists, ML Engineers, etc.).
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process across contract roles.
• Stay ahead of market trends in Data, AI, and analytics hiring.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets.
