DataX Connect in the United Kingdom is seeking experienced contract recruiters to specialise in the global data centre market. You will build relationships with organisations across the data centre industry and win new business to grow a profitable contract book.

We offer autonomy to create your own opportunities, uncapped commission, and travel to meet clients internationally. Expect realistic KPIs, dedicated learning support, and clear progression into leadership paths as you expand your desk.

Job description

You know how to run a contract desk. You don’t need someone watching your call numbers or telling you how to recruit.

What you need is a market with serious growth, plenty of opportunity and a business that gives you the freedom to go after it.

We’re looking for experienced contract recruiters to join DataX Connect, specialising exclusively in the global data centre market.
