Job summary

Moat Homes is seeking a Programme Data Officer to join our team in a hybrid arrangement at Mariner House, Dartford. You will prepare, validate and import stock acquisition data, ensuring records are accurate, complete and compliant.

You will work across the business to create and maintain property, leasehold and land registry records, while supporting regulatory reporting requirements. Strong data analysis, attention to detail and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills and experience using spreadsheets for reporting and analysis.
• Experience working with databases and large volumes of data.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to data management.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads.
• A collaborative approach, working effectively with colleagues to resolve data queries and ensure information is complete and accurate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate and import stock acquisition data, ensuring records are accurate, complete and compliant.
• Work closely with colleagues across the business to create and maintain property, leasehold and land registry records.
• Support regulatory reporting requirements and ensure all key data is captured.
• Identify missing information and maintain data quality across systems.
• Assist with the smooth integration of new homes into our data and systems.
