Job summary

ITAC Solutions, LLC is seeking an early-hire for a newly created Data Operations role to define, validate, and trust data across teams. You’ll shape how data is defined, checked, and trusted to enable better decisions, automation, and responsible AI adoption across the firm.

The position focuses on building a reliable data foundation, with ownership over dictionaries, quality controls, and governance across data systems and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience with Power Query and Power Automate.
• SharePoint metadata tagging experience (non-admin).
• Experience building a data inventory or data glossary.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the data dictionary, including definitions, approved calculations, data owners, and source-of-truth references.
• Develop and maintain data quality controls and checks.
• Investigate data quality exceptions, find root causes, and coordinate fixes with the right owners.
• Reconcile data between systems and reports.
• Work across business teams to validate accuracy through regular review cycles.
• Maintain the vendor register, contract inventory, and renewal calendar, and review key clauses in vendor contracts.
