Job Title: Data Quality Coordinator

Contract Type: Permanent

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in the NIHR Clinical Research Facility (CRF) at the Southampton University Hospitals NHS Trust.

The successful applicant will be a key member of the administrative team who will be kept very busy, primarily supporting the quality of information recorded on our in-house activity management system. You will work closely with our nursing, clinical and administrative teams to help ensure activity is recorded accurately and on time, as well as providing training and day-to-day user support.

Previous admin experience in a busy working environment is essential, as is being approachable, confident in communicating with different teams, and willing to build good working relationships within the department.

We are looking for a team player with excellent communication and organisational skills, who is flexible in their approach to work and is competent and experienced with a range of IT. The postholder will need to work independently in a diverse and interesting office environment, using their initiative to prioritise workload, multi-task, and maintain confidentiality.
