Job summary

Reward is seeking a Data Administrator to ensure data quality across our global midi data management suite. The role focuses on metadata attribution for seamless merging and rigorous QA of automated reporting.

You will drive data validation in Excel, leveraging advanced formulas, and maintain ISO27001 compliance while updating pertinent documentation. This is a short-term engagement with a hybrid work setup to support rapid integration and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of MS Office suite.
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Power Pivot or Power Query knowledge is advantageous.
• Experience of working with large data sets.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• SQL experience would be nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Attribution of associated meta data to allow merging.
• Quality control of system generated reporting to ensure accuracy.
• Validation of data using advanced formulas in Excel (Lookups, PivotTables, etc).
• Ensuring compliance with ISO27001.
• Updating documentation as required.
