Job description

We are working with a fintech company who are looking to hire a Data Protection Manager to ensure compliance with data protection laws, manage risk, and enhance privacy frameworks. You will be overseeing Data Protection operations for the business and have a keen focus on DSARs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rights Request Management
  • Conduct DPIAs and risk assessments
  • Develop and implement data privacy procedures
  • Provide training and guidance on data protection
  • Liaise with regulators and handle data breaches

About You

  • 5 years experience working within Data Protection
  • Strong knowledge of GDPR and data protection laws
  • Experience in a similar compliance or risk role
  • Bachelors degree in law, information security, or a related field would be a plus
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Relevant certification (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM) is a plus
