Job summary

The International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA) is seeking a Paralegal in its Legal department to split time between data protection/contracts and case management.

You will support the Data Protection Legal Counsel on DP matters, draft DSAs with data and betting companies globally, and lead DSAR responses while handling disciplinary anti-corruption case workflows with the Disciplinary Legal Counsel when needed.

Qualifications

• Some data protection, GDPR and contracts knowledge and experience.
• Ability to work on multiple DSAs simultaneously.
• Fluent in English to legal professional level.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Data Protection Legal Counsel on DP and contractual matters.
• Drafting LIAs and TSAs with appropriate support.
• Coordinating responses to DSARs across the business.
• Rolling out, negotiating and completing DSAs.
• Updating and managing DSAs in a Smartsheet/database.
• Maintaining a repository of all completed DSAs.
• Briefing the DP Legal Counsel on progress and escalating issues.
