Job summary

OSB Group is transforming through cloud-based data journeys and a modern data architecture. The Data Product Owner role will design and deliver data products, collaborating with data engineering, architecture and data science teams to ensure value delivery with appropriate controls.

You will partner with business and technology teams to define vision, roadmap and success metrics, driving governance and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services: shaping data platform vision, strategy and services from ideation to launch.
• Translating business requirements into data products and services with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience managing complex data-change initiatives and forecasting financial impact.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for data products and platforms aligned to business outcomes.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to delivery and optimisation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions with measurable value.
• Establish OKRs, KPIs and data-driven decision making.
• Lead business cases and secure executive alignment and investment.
