As an experienced Data Product Owner, you should possess a solid background in planning and integrating data, as well as in testing and validating Data Products. It is important to have a well-rounded understanding of data operations and data pipelines.

As a Product Owner within our Data Engineering team, you will be a key contributor, seamlessly integrating into Aviva Quantum, our global hub for Data Science Excellence. Your focus will span across Machine Learning, Analytics, Data Engineering, AI, and more.

Your role extends beyond the technical. You'll serve as a beacon of innovation, guiding our teams with industry-leading approaches. Your collaborative spirit will drive engagement across Aviva, ensuring our efforts deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Develop and maintain detailed data product vision and roadmaps with clear milestones and strategic alignment.
• Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into opportunities and benefits.
• Understand data architecture, analytics, and governance for building data products.
• Measure and evaluate performance, impact, and user satisfaction using data-driven metrics.
• Maintain Data Product controls, including manifests and catalogues.
