Job Type: Fixed Term Contract for 1 year

What we expect to deliver:

- Own product strategy, build/enhance roadmap and lifecycle management from inception to execution.

- Lead and coordinate with key business functions, to understand business requirements and align the priorities for the roadmap

- Participate and drive conversations with stakeholders to convert their business requirements into actionable insights and build a tangible backlog of them

- Ability to guide the data engineering team in building and adopting right data solutions, there by supporting stakeholders

- Support data integration needs from key stakeholders by being perceived as a trusted subject matter authority

- Release features as per release and roadmap agreed with stakeholders

What we expect in you as a minimum:

- Possess strong knowledge in writing complex SQLs joining dimensional tables in a Star schema

- Possess Good knowledge of AWS landscape would be advantageous as the PO need to be well versed with solution offered and potential blockers

- Possess good knowledge in implementation of BI with Tableau

- Capable of managing multiple tracks of delivery in a fast-paced, high visibility delivery tracks

- Must possess strong project management capability for numerous initiatives with multiple squads with high accountability

- Experience in feature planning and release process experience would be advantageous

- Strong stakeholder management experience, including Head Of various functions, to facilitate their priorities so that they can achieve their goals

- Capability to manage project communication, interdependencies, tracking and issue resolution

- Partner with Data Governance team to implement Data Governance framework for the product and improve the overall data governance

- Must have had hands on experience in developing software products either as a developer or as an architect

Additional requirements:

- Delivered in Insurance domain for at least 8 years, specifically in Motor Claims for last 3 years

- Have been working as a Data Product Owner for last 3+ years

- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence is a must

- Certificate in Scrum would be preferred as we implement scrum process

- You have the mind-set of thinking about the customer problem first

- You must have an appetite to learn, challenge and be proactive

- You have excellent communication and networking skills

- You have excellent self-organising skills

- Experience of handling third party resources located at different geographical time zones is a must

- Although this is a hybrid role, you will need to visit client office twice a week as a minimum
