Halfords Group PLC is seeking a Data Product Manager for our Central Functions, aligned to a major ERP transformation. You will shape the data strategy for Finance and People, translating business priorities into data delivery and analytics capabilities.

You will partner with senior leaders, own the data roadmap, and drive value from data initiatives across Data, Technology and Central teams, delivering measurable business benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior data/tech partnering with Finance functions.
• Excellent stakeholder management; influence across complex orgs.
• Experience in large-scale multi-year transformation programmes.
• Strong executive presence and clear communication.
• Experience developing and managing data roadmaps across multi-year programmes.
• Commercially minded with ability to articulate business value of data.
• ERP transformation or SAP reporting knowledge is desirable.
• Understanding of modern data, BI and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the data roadmap for Central functions (Finance & People).
• Translate requirements into clear product priorities and delivery plans.
• Act as primary data partner for Finance and People, influencing stakeholders.
• Lead reporting, analytics and data product delivery to improve insight.
• Coordinate delivery across Data, Technology and Central teams.
• Provide business ownership and direction for data initiatives.
• Champion adoption of new reporting capabilities and data use.
• Support governance, prioritisation and change management across ERP programmes.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting through automation and standardisation.
