Job summary

Veeva Systems is a mission-driven company transforming the life sciences industry with data-driven products. As a Product Leader on the Data team, you will define product strategy, lead a cross-functional squad of data engineers, scientists, and managers, and drive end-to-end execution from data pipelines to APIs and web apps.

You will apply GenAI and traditional tech to ensure data quality, operational efficiency, and scalable, high-impact features for internal teams and external customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management.
• Data product track record—data pipelines, analytics, APIs, or data platform tools.
• AI and automation mindset to boost speed, efficiency, and data quality.
• Technical and analytical depth with data curation workflows and quality metrics.
• Cross-functional leadership across engineering and data science.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and execute the roadmap for data products serving internal teams and external customers.
• Lead multi-disciplinary squads from 10 to 100 FTEs toward a shared product vision.
• Establish success metrics, design QA frameworks, and deploy features into production.
